Mylor Sailability up for a National Award for best new Project!!!
Mylor Sailability has been nominated for a National Award for best new project. Sport England’s Sportivate Annual Awards will take place next month and Mylor Sailability is the only Cornish sports project to be put forward. A great honour to us!! We have been put forward by the Cornwall County Sports Partnership. This funding stream was to get young people in to an active sport. Mylor Sailability applied for this funding when first starting up last spring and this funding played an important part in getting the project off the ground for many young people aged between 11 and 25 years. Many young people are still attending on a regular basis from this first step to being active in May 2014. Well done all of you for sticking at it!!!
