Visit England Award SILVER!

Well what an honour to take the Silver Award at the most prestigious Visit England Tourism Awards ceremony this week.  Held in Bath a the beautiful Assembly Rooms, the awards were presented by the lovely Kirstie Allsopp.

Our category was Inclusive Tourism and to be in the top 2 in the country is pretty remarkable!

We have a great team that are dedicated to making sailing and powerboating accessible to all.  Adapted sailing boats and a wheelchair friendly powerboat are just a few of our accessible bits of equipment.  Many other aids which help to make the experience of getting on the water, comfortable and dignified.

For more information on our accessible sessions please click on this link – Accessible Session information link

Please also note that we are holding a fund raising party for our Sailability charity to raise essential funds to make the accessible sessions as cheap as possible.  This is on Saturday 5th May at the pavillion in Mylor Bridge Village.  A fantastic band, The Sandy Acre 7 are playing.  There will be a bar and all welcome.  You can buy your tickets online by going to Ticket Source and clicking through here – Tickets for Sailability Party link
